Grateful Dead Tour Bus

Eddie Munster's collectible, "Sugar Magnolia" was used by the legendary Grateful Dead on tour. She was the sound bus, the caboose, number five in the caravan and unofficially the party bus where the guys relaxed with their friends after a show.

She's a 1965 Gillig Bus and is a magnificant tribute to the group, their message, their faithful Dead Head followers, the 60's and it's music. The ceiling is covered in classic 60's decor with over seventy-five vintage posters representing a musical lifestyle fitting of Timothy Leary. A vortex to a colorful past. As one anonymous Dead Head is quoted, "Sugar Magnolia is definitely very Jerry!"

The Grateful Dead and Eddie Munster were both created in the '60's and remain icons of the genre today. Butch Patrick who played Eddie Munster now owns this unique artifact. The bus used by the Greatful Dead and then by Dead Heads is truly a tribute to the legendary "Dead" phenomenon.
